Hair MMP
Microinfusion of Medication into the Skin: precise delivery of medication directly into the follicle, point by point — clinical potency, without surgery.

What Is Hair MMP
MMP (Microinfusion of Medication into the Skin) is a technique that uses a dermograph with sterile microneedle tips to infuse medication directly into the scalp, at the exact depth the follicle needs.
With each touch, the device creates microchannels and deposits the active ingredient at the same time. This dual stimulus — controlled perforation and local delivery — takes the medication straight to the bulb, with far greater absorption than topical applications.
It is indicated mainly for androgenetic alopecia and to enhance results, including after a hair transplant.
Why get hair MMP
Direct Delivery
The medication reaches the follicle at the right depth, with much greater absorption than topical use — without relying on daily application at home.
Dual Stimulus
The dermograph's microchannels trigger the scalp's natural repair process and the release of growth factors, adding to the action of the active ingredient.
Fewer systemic effects
The medication acts locally, at the exact spot, reducing the body's exposure to antiandrogens compared with oral use.
Is MMP Right for You?
Androgenetic Alopecia
Male or female pattern baldness. Local infusion of antiandrogens and minoxidil fights hair miniaturization at its source.
Those who don't tolerate topical treatment
Patients who experience irritation or oiliness, or who simply can't keep up a daily topical minoxidil routine.
Post-Transplant
A complement that speeds up growth and protects the existing hair around the transplanted area, preserving the result.
Miniaturizing Hair
Hair that is thinning and weakening. MMP nourishes and medicates the follicle before it falls out permanently.
Hair MMP FAQs
Does Hair MMP Hurt?
Discomfort is low. The microneedles are extremely fine and work superficially. When necessary, a topical anesthetic is applied before the session for greater comfort.
How is it different from mesotherapy?
Mesotherapy uses micro-injections of a nutritional cocktail. MMP uses a dermograph to infuse actual medications — such as minoxidil and antiandrogens — directly into the follicle, with the added stimulus of the microchannels.
How many sessions are needed?
The protocol is usually 4 to 8 initial sessions, at monthly intervals. After that, maintenance sessions are scheduled according to each patient's response.
How soon do the results appear?
Reduced hair loss is usually noticed within the first two months. Strengthening and new hair growth appear progressively throughout the protocol.
Does MMP replace a transplant?
No. MMP treats and strengthens follicles that still exist. In areas that are already bald, a hair transplant remains the only permanent solution — and MMP is a great complement to it.
Compare it with scalp mesotherapy.
